How have your experiences been working with learners in person?

Well, we've concluded our final 16th week of the fall 2022 semester, and are getting geared up for two weeks of final exams or projects. In my case, project-based learning remains a big part of my teaching practice, so final exams are basically non-existent. I have observed that students have found it difficult to work in teams this semester as it appears that they are still adjusting to working in class and in teams. I get the impression that most students would instead work individually and outside of class - even if given the opportunity to complete a task in class (in person).

Why Twitter Didn’t Go Down: From a Real Twitter SRE
A general assumption is that just because Twitter has not gone down already is some indication that it won't in the future (para. 1).
My feeling is that it's too soon to tell. I haven't seen anything different so far, so I am going to continue using Twitter (@bnleez) until I have some reason to move.
If you can get past the technical jargon, the basic thesis is justifying how Twitter engineers aren't (or weren't) just sitting on [their] hands... they weren't just collecting a paycheck (para. 16).
I don't doubt it. I think it's too early to tell how Twitter will fair going forward. I think it's a bit premature to leave Twitter unless one has a philosophical issue with how it's being run or who's running it.

How have your experiences been working with learners in person? Do you have a preference as an instructor or as a learner working individually or in teams? How has the pandemic changed your feelings about academic workflows when it comes to working individually and in teams (in person)?
Teaching Practice
Since the pandemic, students have been given a chance to take a "make-up" course (curso de nivelación) that lasts for four weeks - December 12, 2022 to January 20, 2023). That is, if they fail the course, they can take this four-week course in an attempt to pass. Here are some general instructions provided to students for such a course.
